One thing we have to do before leaving our bed in the morning to start the day- is to be prepared to take on the challenges that will come our way that day. Preparation helps us to be ready for anything. If we are not prepared before the challenge comes, then it may cause a big problem to us, to some it could cause a rise in blood pressure, to others it could be emotional problems like discouragement making them to start feeling inferior. No doubt such feelings are unfounded, being prepared for the day will help us take anything that comes our way.
