Working with people, especially when they are a couple isn't easy. To make the best of it is even harder. But to achieve great things we've got to work as a team. It fosters relationships and close functional relationships can be beneficial particularly when it's called friendship.
Everyone can't be your friend. Our friends are a select group of people who share a certain a level of similarity in ideals, ideas and probably goals.They can be significantly instrumental to our progress when there is a mutual agreement to work together. As a bunch, we can achieve a lot more in most cases than isolated individuals.
Despite the many challenges we face as we interact with each other, we can overcome those boundaries of conflict and not be overwhelmed by self and our feelings. We need to put ourselves in the shoes of others and consider how they feel too. We can get things done together if we understand each other. This little detail matters for others to feel comfortable around us. Together, we can do more.
