Why You?
On this planet, there are over seven billion people, and it's easy to get lost in the crowd. Even here on Steemit, many try their best, but their best remains unnoticed.
Out in the world, we move about among blank, unnamed faces going to and fro their various homes and jobs. People who are drowning in the tasks of everyday life. People masking their emptiness with hollow phrases like, "I'm fine."
We're not fine, are we?
Weights like the mainstream media, politics, and the poisons we feed our body only serve to drag us down even further. It's almost as if all cards are stacked against us...
Well, I have a secret to tell you.
YOU ARE EXQUISITE!!
Out of those seven billion people, not one person looks exactly like you!
Out of those seven billion people, not one person thinks exactly like you!
Out of those seven billion people, not one person acts exactly like you!
Out of those seven billion people, not one person has the same experiences as you!
Out of those seven billion people, not one person has the same finger print as you!
Did you know it only takes one month for your skin to shred? In one month your skin will be completely different!
Did you know scientists estimate that you have 37.2 trillion cells? They are all working together to keep you alive right now!
Did you know that the human brain is the most complex object ever known to man? Yours is fantastically different than any other!
I guess my point is this: You are not a cog in a machine. Why you? There is no one like you, and YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!!!
Just wanted to remind you of that today. 🙂

I watched in a video by a navy admiral, that if you want to change the world you need to start by making your bed and make it a consistent routine.
That made a huge impact on me whereby I started doing that even in days where I didn’t want to.
But reading your article made me out extra faith in myself that when I try to do wnyrhing challenging I do it for the good of myself, so that when I come out I can come out to be a better person.

I've seen that video before too! Unfortunately for me, if I started my day by making my bed, I'd turn my kids into pigs in a blanket haha! They sneak in when I'm sleeping! 😂 Is it okay to make it later in the day?
