"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."
It's so beautiful what we can learn from nature. In this so-called modern world, it's easy to get trapped in this crazy rat race. We're always trying to be productive and want to do as much as we can in one day. We don't even know how to do nothing anymore. We don't even know how to silence the mind, because we are always occupying the mind.
We have been conditioned to believe that the busier the better. And we are constantly rushing to forget to slow down and to stop rushing, to enjoy life.
Nature is fleeting, just like we are. From the day we're born - death is certain.
So why waste even a moment by rushing through your life?
Whenever you feel like rushed - you know the mind is in control.
The way to train your mind is to tune into the stillness of your being.
Just by looking around. To be the observer.
Nothing comes from the outside, you choose everything for yourself.
Tune out to tune in with nature - with ourselves. ;)
