Doing what you preach is a key principle of successful living and being honest with yourself and others also make us successful.
Integrity is a form of power that everyone can build. Being honest isn't easy every time. But every time when we lie or cheat we lose our integrity our own power to believe in our self and our own words.
Some people lose that much integrity that they need the approval from other people and especially powerful individuals that are honest and respect, people that have integrity.
Losing our integrity has a consequences:
Becoming a parasite losing our own power to believe in our own words and to creat with it our realty.
Integrity is key ingredient to success and if we want to achieve great things and exelence.
It is form of power that we can learn to grow and maintain.

Amen to that. Although integrity is a useful thing to have to forge relationships with others, i think it is equally important for our relationship with ourselves. If our words have power and meaning, we can feel better about ourselves knowing that we say has substance, that it matters.

yes i usually try to do it on daily basis. I will get more consistency in the future everything is so new to me about blogging.
