What Is Important In Your Life?

Sometimes in life, we didn't know what is important to us anymore. No clue. We just work and work, like a cycle of life and then enjoy our lives in the meantime. We pay our bills and taxes, save money for rainy days and try to earn more money. Have you ever stop and think, how does it works, ordinary day life?

I can sum it in a Summary, by being very busy with what we should do, taking care of everything, everyday. Then tomorrow, more stuff to do.

How old are you? Do you own a house at this age? Own a car? Have a family? A basketball dribbling sound is coming straight to my head. These questions give me stress! Next, followed by the numerous emotional and physical disorders such as depression, anxiety, heart attacks, hypertension and the lists go on and on in our lives.

Where should you steer your life's wheel?

You can plan your life, to improve your life balance. You can access the areas that are important to you in your life to which you want to devote more energy to it or to cut back. And then take action by focusing on your goals.

You know what is the problem? Setting and focusing on your goal is fine but everyday thinking about it, or thinking about your problem in everyday life, that is the problem. Problem is not SCary, THINKING about your problem, that is scary. Instead of complaining, blaming or making any logical sense of what happened or your burden in everyday life, just drop it.

Thinking drains energy.

Most of my write ups, ideas or thoughts or contents are from books, blogs or own experiences that I found interesting to share. This is to remind myself about living by accepting the Past and living in the Present. And be gratitude towards life.
