"how did I even make it here ?
Suddenly all the worst times you've ever experienced don't seem so bad anymore. Understanding that the only way to restore your own sense of worth and power is to become relentless in working. Work hard in everything you do, learn new things everyday.
The more steps you take forward by working on being better, the further behind you leave the old scared person you used to be.
