Building good habits can have a sort of snowball effect. Once you start, its hard to stop. I 100% agree with the notion of building good habits. The best one for me personally has been doing meal prep every sunday night. After a long day of work it is easy to just pick up some fast food, but if I have already prepared meals for the week it becomes much easier to stay on track . Good post
