Give Much But Expect Little

Have you ever received something valuable from a person and have you also given out something with great value to other people? The answer is definitely going to be a yes because you are a human being. The existence of man wouldn't have being complete without giving and receiving . The creation of man was done in such a way that we can't survive alone without the help of others.

That man was created to survive with the help of others does not give a free check for one to be lazy not to work or that one in the other way round should always give without being calculative of certain factors and rules while giving out to people.

When we talk of giving, it does not necessarily mean it must be money or material things. The needs of a person must not always be money because a person might have money but might not be happy, so at this point the person needs some happiness which money couldn't afford for them. Others are in need of some one to motivate them to greatness, show love and concern, speak words of hope and comfort to those who are in distress.

But then while we are giving all these things to people, it is needful we don't expect much from people but rather to settle our minds to receivelittle or nothing from people. You may wonder why that counsel to you. The reason why you must expect little or nothing from people is to avoid heart break or stress when people don't show you the same love you have shown them or others.

Give to people with the mindset that you are capable of giving to people and not with the mindset of expecting a return match of such kindness to you. People at times may not reciprocate the love or help you rendered them, not really they don't want to but there is this feeling that, if this person could do this for me then of a surety he or she has in excess. This calls for the need to always speak out when you have need and not to conclude that people know what you need.
