The quote means that whenever you fail, dont let the failure define you that is weak you, but let it the failure serve as another opportunity for you to start a new life.
This quote in relate with steemit, dont think that as you are posting everyday and you didnt get upvote don't rest just keep more effort you will later succeed.
For instance, let me use my self as example, in last three weeks i was scam by one steemit member and withdraw all my sbd that i work for, since then i was weak because I think can't make it with steemit again, but when i get through this quote i now discover that failure did not mean anything, it just teach you some thing you don't know, as for me now i cant fall into the trap i fall by the scammer that scam me the failure then have teach me some things so therefore my follow steemit member dont let any failure define you but let it serve as teacher that will teach you something you dont know.
