Hey @neopch this is perhaps a fucking epidemic. I've struggled with this since I know myself. Completely unjustified most would say. It's insane how having a, what people would call, "perfect life" doesn't make a difference. It really pisses me off when people come with things like "stay positive", or "keep out negative people" when the negative one is my own brain. God damn it. If only they could hear the rotten thoughts at least I have. Anyways. What really helps is knowing other people have exactly the same thoughts.
