Do you know that learning is a continuous process? That is why you need to equip yourself very well in that field of yours. You can't continue to use the same old methods all the time and expects good result.

Anyone that still want to be relevant in the sphere of things must be ready to learn. There is no crime in learning from your subordinates, superiors and even from the children.
