Seek the seed of triumph.

As there are adversity so also is there a seed of triumph embedded therein. You just need to carefully identify where you stand and hope find that seed of triumph so you have something to take out of the experience.
To many, adversity is something that never pray to witness and they will do whatever it takes to stay away from such occurrences. While some few crazy minds, will always embrace adversity whenever it rears it's ugly head because, they know that "inside the belly of the beast lies the key to eldorado."
Stay alert and unshaken. There is always a win in every battle you see to the end. Adversity should be your stepping stones to victory, don't despair when it comes calling.
