How to be a High Impact Leader- ELC2017
Today I had great fun at the leadership conference held at Daystar Christian center Oregun Lagos. Great inspirational words on how to be a high impact leader and entreprenuer based on bibilical teachings. What I learnt today is:
A high impact leader :
- shares knowledge/power for power if not shared can destroy (Proverbs 11: 24-25).
- Help followers find their niche in life
- Give followers inspiring vision to be a part of
4 Love,respect and recognise followers genuinely .
I got loaded and charged up by the future too by talks from Dr Sam Agyepong about having the entrepreneur DNA -Its all about how far your eyes can see just as God promised Abraham(when he shared properties to Lot) by blessing him with as far as he can see. - Genesis 13: 14-17.
I hope these words make meaning to whoever reads them.
