Bring Out the Child in You
There are a lot of lessons to learn from Children, even-though they look up to adults for protection, care and love. To fully understand a child always remember that we all were once children and as such we still have those tendencies within us. Here are key characteristics to dig out from yourself which maybe childish but are valuable.
Children needs care. As a child, people took care of you, made sure you feed well, dropped and picked you from school and also gave attention to your needs. Most of us as adults have dropped the responsibility of taking good care of self. There wont be you, if you you do not take care of you. Note, this is not being selfish, in as much as you have please and please never in your life forget others because it has a sustaining blessing. What flows from you, comes back to you, with more energy and strength.
Children forgive easily. Those of us that have children will agree that most often children put aside the punishment and still relate with us. They smile, talk, laugh as if the punishment never existed. Punishment are corrective measures and shouldn't be harmful to a child in any way. As you correct a child, also draw such a child back with love. Contrary to this exemplary behavior of children, adults keep malice and find it difficult to forgive. As such we need to bring out the child in us in every instance.
Children like to learn. Each time you show love to children, they react by giving attention, listening, smiling and communication. There are cases children ask the most disguised and shocking questions, which means they are observing, watching, and listening. Never assume your child is ignorance, but make sure you teach him or her the right things. There are endless gate of knowledge, but as adult we should be willing to learn as a child, and put aside whatever is detrimental and harmful to our well-being.
The mistake we make as adults is that most often we feel we have come to a point in life that we know everything, and we ignorantly block the blessings learning, loving, caring, and forgiving.
It was for these reasons Jesus Christ said 'Let the Children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these' Mathew 19:14.

There is no end to education, people continue to remain in education until death.Our use of them is to bring children's mental excellence, each step is more important. Yes, I will try to bring out that carefree attitude in me. That's how I often see Children, that's how I was when I was a kid I guess. I only care about having fun, nothing more and nothing less.
