A surfer from California won a recycled surfboard contest with his board that was made using 10,000 cigarette butts.
A surfer from California, US has won a contest. The interesting contest was a recycled surfboard contest. The California surfer won the contest with an entry covered with 10,000 cigarette butts.

"This is the most polluted item picked up on the beach," creator Taylor Lane told the Orange County Register.
