Leaf Insect
Leaf insect, (family Phylliidae), also called walking leaf, any of more than 50 species of flat, usually green insects (order Phasmida, or Phasmatodea) that are known for their striking leaflike appearance. Leaf insects feed on plants and typically inhabit densely vegetated areas. This insects looks like a leaf that even me I couldn't tell if this is a leaf or a kind of insects. I never ever thought that there was an insects like this looks like a leaf, where could I ever find it or do Philippines has this kind of insects or maybe it will be found in other country only. It's really an amazing insects that I discovered tonight and I am really amaze of the looks of this insects. So glad I found this photos and reading more about this kind of insects, very beautiful though.
