So today was the first day of the public inquiry, held in London(Not Nottingham as I had first thought). Although I wasn't able to attend in person, I made sure to clear the diary and record the live stream. Now today's hearing lasted from 10:30am until 16:30, so I was unable to record the entire day. However, what I have recorded is the testimony of one of today's speakers. It is a minor inconvenience, but I have had to separate this into several parts. I hope you do not mind.

Sorry for the quality of the recording, but its the content that matters and the sound is ok. This story needs hearing as it has so much useful information. Breck doesn't have to die in vain and his Mother shows strength beyond belief, in her quest to educate others.
