Negative programming

In this cynical society, negativity seems to be the norm and we are being bombarded with constant programming of low vibrating frequencies from all around us, radio, tv, the news, etc. Many believe we do not have control over anything and give up to an apathetic life of mindless entertainment. But we are so much more. We are creators. We don't have to fall for these belief systems that make us weak. Become conscious and aware and start making little changes step by step towards a healthier you...a happier you...the true powerful you. Doesn't mindless gossip get boring? Do you feel like there has got to be more than the day to day nonsense you are surrounded by? Do you feel like you will never fit in to this school of thought? Do you feel like something is missing?
Good! Now do something about it! We can manifest positivity just like we can negativity. Start with just making yourself smile even when you do not feel like it. Fool your brain into feeling good. Then explore things! Act like a curious child again. Look up self help ideas...ways to heal. Meditate. Create. Learn something new! Make dinner for the elderly person across the street and listen to their stories.
Walk barefoot in the grass. Appreciate little things. Get back to that gratitude journal! Start a garden. Start a book club...an jogging club....anything! Just do...What have you always dreamed of doing? Believe in yourself.❤
