Today's 10 min. Holistic health challenge

This should be fairly easy, Folks. Today I just want you to make yourself a to do list. Just make you one with things on it that you've been wanting to accomplish for awhile...easy and difficult things, in no particular order. Just jot them down. Look around. Try to remember everything you've thought about over the last few months, maybe even year. Now look at your plans for the day...is there anything fairly small on the list you might be able to accomplish in your spare time? Go ahead and do that or those if there's multiple. It feels so good to get things done, doesn't it? Like we've discussed before, organization can help people in many ways. But never forget that this is just a list. It's not the end of the world if it doesn't all get done in a certain amount of time. It is just a guideline to help you remember and keep you motivated not stress you out. There's room to rearrange, change and mark out as needed. Be gentle with yourself and take your time. Do things as able. And don't be afraid to ask for help! Get creative with it...maybe make a family activity of it and treat yourselves to ice cream at a local dairy afterwards;) At the end of the day, don't forget to thank yourself for all that you do and have done.
