An act of simple community

There are many different angles toward what someone considers a community to be.

Today I talk about 4 stages of personal community. The road to real community is often difficult. To build connections with others that last takes work.

Going from just meeting someone and talking about the weather. Having an issue and moving into the chaos phase. Practicing disarmament because it might actually be our fault. Then moving into a lasting community.

There are many groups, especially on the blockchain, that use the term community as a label for many people. I belive that it could be and is more than that. We have to support each other for real, and share that experience. #innerblocks
