SteemVoter - creating own steem manga character

Hey fellow steemians,greeting the Steemvoter - my steem anime (manga) character for @htliao 's great contest.
So, what can SteemVoter do? A little story: he is steemskater :) and surfs the steem content with his skate at speed of light to find most greatest article and upvote it with power that never seen before :) thats why hi is consuming very huge amount of steem or steempower when he's tired :)
