**Rich Sweet Angel Hair**

Greetings my steemit community today I want to share with you a recipe for a very traditional sweet, called angel hair with pineapple, this sweet is very typical in my country.

It takes that name because of the fruit with which it is made called angel hair or better known as zapallo.
The preparation of the sweet requires some attention like most sweets in syrup but the result is wonderful and its duration is extensive. The Ingredients that you will need to make it are the following.

Ingredients:

•_ 4 hard pumpkins or angel hair_
• 2 large pineapples
• ½ kl of sugar
• Water

His method of preparation is as follows:

To start, you must peel the fruits and then sanc ... ilage them, remove the seeds and when they are well cooked, squeeze them. For pineapples you should peel it well and cut it in half then try to take 12 strips and horizontally remove 20 strips then look for a pot large enough to add fruits and sugar with at least 1 liter of water, cooking it for 2 hours and a half over medium heat and covered, stirring sporadically so that it does not hit the bottom. When it is at its point, let it rest and pack in previously sterilized containers.
