How Do they Do It.

Hello Steemers. I Am Maaz.
I am new on steemit. I have started steemit as i came to know that it is the only site which pays people for their posting and getting upvotes and comments on their posts. What i dont get is that peoples are being paid many dollars in few hours for their posts. I am also posting for the last few days but i dont get enough upvotes to make a single Dollar. And i have seen posts on which peoples have got Hundreds of Dollars in some hours and if not hundreds they still have got plenty of dollars.
I really appreciate the work of the peoples who have started this work so that peoples dont get starved. They are doing a great job.
But i also want to make money on steem But i dont have any idea that what type of posts will people likes to upvote and comment.
If someone tells me that and helps me to post something that will get many upvotes do let me know. It will be very helpfull for me. Thankyou.
