I am from Spain but have visited Oregon and have many friends in Eugene, we are facing the same "demons" in Spain... global morning, draughts... crops catching fire spontaneously... and the think is that with topsy turvy weather it has become all unpredictable. The problem is that eac time so much life is loss and we never really recover before another lash strikes... it saddens me so much.
