What exactly is Steemit for?

I just typed in dementia, dementia fraud, OAP, elderly care, murder for assets to see what or if there were any communities to join and guess what?? Correct there are no groups or communities with these names. I live in the Uk and the Govt are murdering our vulnerable elderly for there assets.

Is there anyone here on steemit from other countries that can say the same is happening in there country???
