Baker appeals to the SCOTUS, to overturn a non-Constitutional Ruling; that violates their freedom of religion!
About time that Freedom Of Speech, and the right to practice freedom of Religion were reaffirmed in US Courts.
Since the first amendment states:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Since this case infringes both freedom of speech, and freedom of religion it never was good Law, and was always against the Constitution! So they ruled against a written Right that was in the US Constitution, in Favor of an implied right that is not actually there; and would have been anathema to the Men who wrote this founding Documented!
This needs to be over turned, NOW! This was not a civil rights issue; this was a case of the government stomping on the Constitutional Rights of a US Citizen, that THEY have decided is not sin filled enough! They have required, by court decision, a US citizen; to Violate their religious beliefs, or be Punished by that same governemnt!
THEY HAVE NEVER HAD THE RIGHT TO DO THIS, NEVER!
This HAS to stop, and the Constitution MUST be followed!

She has a good case, especially since the guy from Colorado won his case, as it is not a precedent case law they can use.

This should have never gone to court to begin with. This is simply the liberals trying to promote tyranny, by using the courts as a weapon!
They are using the only tool that the founding Fathers worried about. They decided that good Christian Men would not present a significant danger.
The courts were never intended to fill a major role in government, but a small support role only!

Nor do I, but we may be way past that now. Sometimes things are unrecoverable, and we need to do the best we can to protect our families.
Not a surprise really, but disappointing for sure! Bad things have to happen, we just need to make sure they happen to someone else.
