ASESINAN A ESCOLTA DE LA MINISTRA CHAVISTA IRIS VARELA - VENEZUELA
Fue asesinado Riney Flores, Escolta de la Ministra para asuntos Penitenciarios de Venezuela Iris Varela.
Riney Flores fue inspector de la Policía del estado Mérida, egresado de la escuela de oficiales de Maracay e integraba una banda de sicarios que con el sindicato bolivariano de trabajadores de la construcción (SINATRACON) extorcionaba a los dueños y empresarios de constructoras para que les paguen coimas por las obras que realizaban en la entidad y si se negaban a conocerlas sus peticiones eran asesinados por ése grupo delictivo.
Luego el gobierno de Florencio Porras lo designa escolta del candidato oficialista Marcos Díaz dónde Riney Flores con su grupo continuaba actuando en el sicariato bajo el amparo del Gobierno regional. Siendo escolta de Marcos Díaz se dirige a la ciudad de el Vigía con el grupo de sicarios porque unas personas le habían robado una moto a un sobrino de Milko Molina (SEBIN) quien integraba también en ése grupo delictivo interceptado en el sector Onia a varios ciudadanos, abriendo fuego contra los presentes matando a nueve personas.
Siendo detenido posteriormente a ése echo y condenado a 29 años por la masacre de Onia. Debido a su alta peligrosidad fue trasladado a la cárcel de máxima seguridad "Fénix" ubicada en Falcón apenas con dos años detenido por la masacre de Onia conoce a Iris Varela ministra penitenciaria donde le otorga un permiso "ilegal" de cumplimiento de pena, con la sujeción que debía trabajar para la ministra, convirtiéndose nuevamente Riney Flores en sicario bajo el amparo del Gobierno Nacional.
