It is the conflation of Hollyweird (MSM) propaganda, MIC, and banksters that alarms me. The tech giants supply ever more lethal gadgets to kill us horribly while the pervs get a giggle. Everyone makes money.

I keep forgetting to include the banksters in my analyses as well; I should probably sit down and do a "best-guess" posts as to where they fit in, although they certainly fit in.
I haven't look at opensecrets.org for a while, but there used to be a pretty constatnt 2/3, 1/3 ratio going on w/ above-the-board contributions to the political parties. both the banks and the big corps seemed to alternate WHO the 2/3 went to (the banks went democong, other biggies went repuke)...but they always shared the wealth...2/3 to one party, 1/3 to the other

Edit: that reminds me. Have you heard of the 'sh*tty media men' report? From what I can gather is basically a warning to women regarding guys like Weinstein and Price.
ah so; agreed that the MIC is one part of the problem, but look at it as just another cog in the welfare-burrocratic complex.
