RE: On This Day in 1914, US Military Slaughtered Kids in Colorado and JD Rockefeller Had Media Cover It Up

in #informationwar6 years ago

These events and others like them must never be forgotten. PR has escalated to the cyber age and it's form has been ever more hidden, yet it is still with us - hiding evil and presenting it as saintly!

Sort:

yeah it is interesting too, in the cyber age things seem easier to cover up, but also easier to expose in some cases, it is an interesting paradox

It's a case of continuing to be vigilant of the techniques being used to mislead us.. The internet does make it easier to expose the tactics, but the technology is also being evolved at an alarming rate which makes it hard to detect. We are at the point that the techniques being used sound so outlandish as to be unlikely.. but then again it wasn't long ago that it seemed outlandish that I would be able to remotely direct the actions of a sex robot from a smartphone while standing at the top of the eiffel tower.. lol

lol true that... when you said the things sound so outlandish..it reminded me of a story this week i saw...if you havent seen it, check this out

They pulled a fringerprint off an online photo and used it to make arrests

I hadn't seen that, no - it's an interesting topic since it is so easy to create fake pictures.
It reminds me of the story about forensics being able to pick up sound vibrations from video footage that has no audio on it by analysing tiny vibrations visible in the video scene!

note: this is not something I actually do.. honest.. hmm.. I need a PR team. :)
