The Secret Impeachment

On September 24, 2019, Nancy Pelosi announced that the House of Representatives was going to conduct “impeachment hearings”

She declared that Adam Schiff would be in charge of the hearings because Adam was her chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. (Oxymoronic per se)

Schiff had lied to Congress during the Democrat Russian Collusion Delusion when he said that he had evidence of that collusion.

Schiff lied to Congress when he pretended to read from the transcript of the President Trump telephone conversation with President Lewinsky of Ukraine.

And Schiff lied when he said that neither he nor his “people” had spoken with the so-called Whistle blower” before the appearance of the whistle blower’s Complaint.
That Complaint turns out to have been written by the Compass Rose Law firm of Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, Schiff and other prominent Democrats. (Many say that the real name of this firm should be “Compost Rose”)

It is almost poetic that Hillary is involved with another Rose law firm.

Now, we learn that the secret whistle blower is an employee of a current Democrat contestant for the Democrat party nomination for president.

On October 8, 2018, President Trump sent a well written legal memorandum demanding that the House of Representatives either vote in favor of opening an impeachment proceeding, or the Executive branch of government would ignore the illicit subpoenas issued by the Schiff committee (now known as “Adam and his little Schiffs”).

Although the Constitution considers the House to be a c-equal branch of government, a Committee of the House is not a branch of government, co-equal or otherwise.

If the House votes as the House, the House may act through committees or otherwise.
However, if the House does not vote to act, the House may not act.

Nancy Pelosi is not the House.

Nancy Pelosi May not by her own fiat act instead of the House.

No one is above the law, not even Nancy.

If the House acted, both republicans and Democrats could select witnesses, question witnesses in public

But Nancy and Schiff want to have only Democrats conduct secret hearings and refuse to release the transcripts of those hearing and limit public information to the announcements (leaks) of the Lying Little Schiff.

This is not the American way of justice.

An angry Nancy announced upon receipt of the Executive Department legal memo that if persons affiliated with the executive branch of government are not stupid enough to capitulate with the Democrat charade, that failure to capitulate will be evidence of obstruction.

Yes, Nancy, it will be evidence, but it is that you have corrupted justice, violated the constitution and that you have committed treason in trying to overthrow the will of the American people.

It is treason to try to undercut the president of the United States while he is trying to negotiate with foreign leaders (e.g. China, North Korea, Iran, Mexico and Canada).

Perhaps Nancy is afraid that hers husband’ lucrative deals with Communist China will lead to the realization that Nancy is trying to help Communist China by getting Trump out of their way.

Nancy would not be the first craven coward to do the bidding of Communist China rather than lose China’s cash payments to her family.

It may also be that Nancy fears that further investigation of Ukraine will lead to the.exposure of the fact that her son, Paul Pelosi Jr. has Biden family –like lucrative “business” ties to Ukraine.

All of this impeachment excitement nonsenses is intended to be a distraction to the very soon to be released Report of Inspector General Horwitz, and the report of U. S. attorney John Burnham, and the report on the Russian mess to be released by Attorney General Barr. The fact that Burnham is known to be investigating the activities of federal agents overseas has struck fear in all of the Russian collusion hoaxters.

The terror of the Democrats is evidence by the comment made on October 9 by former CIA chief James Clapper during his newscast on CNN, when Clapper said that he was innocent of wrongdoing because everything that he (Clapper) had done was personally approved by then president Barak Obama

Clearly, the rats ae beginning to abandon ship and turn on each other,
Now we have more proof that Obama was in this up to his neck in the CIA investigation of Donald Trump.
And we are amused by the fact that Jerry Nadler gleefully declared that he (Nadler) had established that a former president can be jailed for his wrongdoing after he has left office.

There is nothing that Nancy and her Lying Little Schiff can do to keep the lid on this mess

But nonetheless, Nancy I going to keep committing treason and violating the US Constitution in her effort to cover-up for the Democrats.
