New York, New York (It’s a wonderful town) (At least, that is how the Frank Sinatra song goes)

But is it a wonderful town?

Communist commissar Bill DeBlasio (He calls himself “mayor”) has an atrocious record:

His Municipal efforts at snow removals have made him a laughing stock.
He can’t keep the subways or busses running on time, and the subway stations and subway cars are filthy.
There have been photos, and TV video tapes of rats and other vermin in the subway stations.

Senator Chuck Schumer has been screaming about the fact that despite Schumer’s success in getting federal money to pay for the PTCS (Positive Train Control Safety System) mandated by congress, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (the “MTA”)”) is far behind the schedule set by the federal government for the completion of the installation of that safety system.

The “L” train subway line is out of service for at least a year, and damage to the tunnels from New Jersey to Penn Station still have not been fully repaired from the damage done by Hurricane Sandy ( witch hurricane occurred during 2012, six years ago).

Governor Cuomo and Commissar De Blasio are arguing as to heather the state or the city should come up with the money to pay for these repairs.

We note that the City of New York and the State of New York have the highest taxes in the country.

The tunnels and stations of the subway and Penn Station are filled with homeless persons, who urinate and defecate wherever they please and Commissar De Blasio claims that it is their constitutional right to do so.

He took the same position on the excretory actions of the rioters, who participated in the “Occupy Wall Street” mayhem and riots.

The city and state have also become sanctuaries for illegal aliens.
NOTE TO COMISSSAR DEBLASIO: While the first amendment to the US constitution does guaranty the right of free speech,
nowhere in the constitution is there a right of public pooping.
If Commissar DeBlasio is so comfortable with public poop, let DeBlasio clean that up himself. (Remember New York City has a popper scooper law)
The city and state of New York are about to request that the Republicans in congress and president Trump give them substantial amounts of taxpayer money from taxpayers throughout the country.
The Politians of New York

The term “politician” is fascinating word.
The word “politician” is derived from the word “politic,” which means: ”sensible and wise use of circumstance, shrewd, astute, judicious, expedient, advantageous, beneficial, profitable,
polite, courteous toward others, respectful, courteous, and diplomatic.”
The antonym of the word “politic” is “ rude.”

The team of politicians for York are:
The Governor, a Democrat, who has publically declared his hatred of Republicans and of the president.
Charles Schumer, a senator who opposes Republicans at every opportunity, and who calls for the impeachment of Donald Trump.
Sen. Gillibrand and
Congressman Gerald Nadler suffer from the same political deficiencies as Charles Schumer.

This crowd is anything but “diplomatic,” as a result of which their begging for taxpayer cash is bound to fail.

Even arrogant children know that it is imprudent to aggravate daddy, when seeking an increase in your allowance.

With this alignment of petitioning (begging) politicians, and with these politicians having spent so much money paying to educated, house, and provide medical cared and legal \representation for illegal aliens ( hereinafter collectively the “Illegal Alien Expenditure”)
It would be appropriate for the federal government to subtract from the amount requested by New York, the Illegal Alien Expenditure, on the theory that New York’s politicians had already been given that money ny the feds (money being fungible) and New York chose to throw that money away in an attempt to buy votes from illegal aliens

Since New York’s politicians threw away prior moneys, the federal government has no reason or justification to replace that money using money collected from taxpayer throughout other states of this country

Based upon the attitude of New York’s politicians, the amount which should be given to New York by the federal government should be:
