Anchor Babies

With the issue of the Border Wall Funding, National Security, and Islamic terrorist attacks in France in the headlines,
The subject of “Anchor Babies” is again in the national discussion. The Anchor baby concept is that any baby born on US soil is automatically an American citizen.

This anchor baby concept has led to such stupidity as a pregnant woman who illegally crosses our southern border and manages to set a foot on American soil has the right to have her child born in the USA and that baby is immediately an American citizen for life.

Not yet decided is whether the the National Football League rule applies or whether the NCAA college rule applies (does the woman have to touch both feet down on American soil (The NFL rule) or would touching American soil with only one foot be sufficient (the college rule)).
There are also Citizenship flight packages being offered by travel agents in China in Russia, in Iran and in many other countries from which America should not want “sleeper” agents.

Have your baby in the US so that your baby becomes a US citizen,

The constitutional issue

Because the Anchor Baby issue as not yet been decided by the US Supreme Court (see the essay entitled “The Border” published in this Patriot Blog for the details regarding the constitutional issue).
The outcome of a Supreme Court decision is irrelevant to the solution to this absurdity.

Solution

Whether or not the anchor baby (hereinafter referred to as the “Anchor”) is a US citizen is irrelevant.

Clearly, the mother is not an American citizen because of her illegal actions.

The mother (hereinafter referred to as “Bye-bye Momma”) should be exported, and put on a prison buss back to her country of origin, or put on an airline operated by her country of origin.

If the father of the Anchor is in the US illegally, he too should be deported with Bye-bye Mama.

As to the “American citizen Anchor,”

Bye-bye Momma could accept on of two choices.

Bye-bye Momma could:

CHOICE NUMBER ONE
Take The Anchor back to Bye-bye Momma’s country of origin
In this case, in order to quiet the uber- liberals, Bye-bye Momma could be given to hold for the Anchor, a highly specialized limited passport containing the following restrictions:

1. This passport is valid only if the United States Supreme Court rules that the concept of anchor babies is valid.

2. This passport is valid only after the Anchor has reached the age of 19.

3. This passport is subject to the limitation that the Anchor my not employ the concept of chain migration to bring family members to the United States for citizenship.

4. This passport requires that the holder be subject to verification that the Anchor has committed no crimes which would be cognizable as such if such criminal act had been committed in the US.

5. This passport is subject to verification that the Anchor is not a member of a gang or a terrorist risk, is then healthy and capable of financially supporting himself or herself.
   Or
   CHOICE NUMBER TWO
   Place the Anchor with an n approved American Adoption Agency, which who would follow the normal adoption procedures, for the adoption of foreign babies, namely, the agency would find qualified adopting parents, who would be told the country or origin of the birth parent(s), but not the name of the birth parent(s)

The Birth parent(s) would likewise never be told the identity of the adopting parents.

If Bye-bye Momma choses to take her Anchor with her, she and the anchor would be well treated in the American prion bus, and if Bye-bye Momma were to be flown home by some airline of her own country, there is no reason to believe that Bye-bye Momma and the Anchor would not be well treated.

In those cases where a pregnant illegal alien should demand an abortion in the US, as soon as that illegal alien is well enough to travel, she should be become a member of the Abort and Deport Club.
