As America awaits the outcome of the Brett Kavanagh nomination to the Supreme Court, we recognize that Congress is a very important branch of government, as is the Supreme Court.

Congress has power over much of our life.

We recently saw that the unwillingness of Senator Chuck Schumer to fund the needs of the American military resulted in the put-down of our government.

Therefore, inquiries about our Supreme Court nominees is as important as our review of the right of our Congress people to serve in office.

The Democrats universally declared that they would do everything that they could to oppose the nominee of President Trump to the Supreme Court.

The Democrats went on a campaign to delay and thereby to obstruct the nomination.
Following an anonymous and apparently false claim of misconduct by Brett Kavanagh more than 3 decades earlier, the Democrats declared that Judge Kavanagh could not serve until the BI investigated this “disqualifying “ allegation.

Let us explore this concept as it applies to Congress people.

Chuck Schumer held a meeting in the Hamptons immediately prior to the Kavanagh hearing, during which meeting, it is alleged that Schumer constructed a campaign by the Democrats to delay the Senate hearings.

The FBI should investigate whether the rash of demonstrators interrupting the Senate confirmation hearings were paid to do so by Democrats.

Sexual Misconduct by Democratic Senator Thomas Carper (D. Del.) should be investigated by the FBI

Sexual misconduct by Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison (D. Minn.)

Should be investigated by the FBI

The deliberate lies about the candidate by senator Carmella Harris should be investigated by the FBI.

The disclosure of confidential information or of claimed to be confidential White House papers the Senator Corey (Spartacus) Booker should be investigated by the FBI. Because among other things foreign governments, diplomats of foreign governments would obviously be unwilling to deal openly with our government if their discussions were indiscriminately be subject to disclosure by some political animal.

Accordingly none of: Schumer, Harris, Booker, Ellison or Carper

Should be permitted to serve in Congress, until the FBI completes its investigation.

Likewise, if acme anonymous person should claim that he was subject as a young boy to pedophile sexual misconduct by Senator Charles Schumer and is aide Christopher Hahn and that such victim sent a letter derailing this allegation of pedophile behavior to Senator Diane Feinstein who did not promptly reveal thi8s letter, Neither Schumer nor Feinstein should be permitted to serve n the United States Senate until the FBI has cleared them of these charges.

Until such time as they are cleared, their seats shall remain vacant just as they are demanding that the vacancy on the Supreme Court remain vacant.

If the FBI should undertake an investigation of the charge against Judge Kananaugh, the following questions should be answered:

When did she hire her second attorney?

Who recommended each such attorney?

Who is paying the fees of these attorneys?
