Ah, the art of creative bullshitting- that sounds remotely familiar! And my friend Charles Sykes- he was instrumental in my growth as a Conservative.

Can't believe that Sykes spelled his name wrong! If you want a hoot, check out Sykes' "A Nation of Victims" NOBODY is responsible for what they do. There's another book called The Excuse Factory- I forgot who wrote it- It's probably on that floppy I sent, I'm sure I quoted it.
There's one story in Nation of Victims about a flasher who applied for a job as a park attendant in Madison WI (working with kids),. Of course he was turned down- having flashed in excess of 40,000 times and getting caught 40 or 50. The WI Sup Ct held that because he only flashed in libraries & laundromats (places starting with an L) his civil rights had been violated... he got the job and a handsome cash settlement!
