...and just to remind everyone, there is NO intent requirement for the Espionage Act. Clinton had a legal duty to be careful (i.e, NOT "careless") with classified data. In other words, classified data that Weiner had on his computer, seized from his pedophiliac activity, and that originated from Clinton's "care", should put her behind bars.
All this is just more revelation of the lengths that Obama's FBI and DOJ went to obstruct justice in Clinton's case
