It does lung repair. I used to have trouble at least 3 times a year due to lung damage from working the pipeline in 71 below temperatures.
The Nettle as repaired that damage, and I have not had trouble in over a decade.

The Nettle fix me up, now I take it just because It might still help some, LOL!
Columbus Nebraska, and the 71 below was the wind chill. Their worst blizzard of the last century! It was so cold the product gelled in the pipeline, and I had to use boosters north and south to help me blow out that plug. It finally gave at 2300 pounds, on a 1400 pound pipeline. The pipe actually flexed under the horsepower I hit it with.
But on pipeline, they do NOT care if you live or die, as long as the line is flowing.
