I want one, but I don't want to pay $5,000.00 for it. You need freezing temp, and a hard vacuum.

Great way to preserve food, freeze dry it, then put it in glass jars.

That will be hard after the SHTF. You also won't have food you can be sure of.
Besides, I have purchased some of this, and it is expensive for something I can make myself!
