President Trump refuses to cooperate with an "investigation" Based on Lies, as is his legal right!

I was glad to see President Trump teell thses Idiots to go suck eggs! It is about time someone called their hand, to force their derth of evidence into the open. They waste our Time, and Money; using lies, ENOUGH!

The liberals are desperate to control the whitehouse for the next year, and will do anything to continue their smear campaign.

The White House issued a letter this week stating that it would not cooperate with the impeachment inquiry initiated by the House which is mostly about the phone conversation which occurred between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

So NOW they are saying he does NOT have the right to the Constitutional powers of his office, nor even basic legal protection guaranteed to Every Citizen under the Constitution, against false claims.

But Rivkin actual gets to the root of the tree when he says, “There’s nothing about impeachment that turns the president into a ward of the legislature. The Executive Branch has every right to defend its constitutional prerogatives, including executive privilege. Once there is a final judicial determination on whether the House or the White House are right on the document production and testimonial issues, that would have to be complied with. Until that happens, rejecting House’s demands is a perfectly appropriate course of action.”

So no matter the spin, it is legal, and will stay that way, BUT they will spin it, as much as they can!

News Flash; The House is NOT in charge of the executive branch! No level of lies can change that fact; and perjury DEMANDS Prison time to Fix it! Jail these liars, and maybe we can get back to the business of the country....

They refused in writing, and stated specifics!

The key sentence in the eight-page letter, signed by White House counsel Pat A. Cipollone, is this: “Given that your inquiry lacks any legitimate constitutional foundation, any pretense of fairness, or even the most elementary due process protections, the Executive Branch cannot be expected to participate in it.”

Here is the core of their objections:

So the White House’s reluctance to hand over documents is hardly unusual. What is unusual is the sweeping vow of noncooperation and this wild objection: “you have denied the President the right to cross-examine witnesses, to call witnesses, to receive transcripts of testimony, to have access to evidence, to have counsel present, and many other basic rights guaranteed to all Americans.”

The POTUS is Not Excrement to be scraped from one's shoe, and deserves basic Constitutional protection! I actually do NOT blame him for this. Conversations from the Oval Office are PROTECTED by Executive privilege!!!!

They have NOTHING but Lies! They have had nothing but lies for years...it is time, and past time; to call their hand, and begin sending these liars to Prison.....
