Oklahoma is now a Constitutional Carry state as of November first 2019; and we are safer as a result!
As of November 1 2019, Oklahoma became safer as the Constitutional Carry bill went into effect. Now the public enjoys the Second Amendment as our Founding Fathers intended us to use it. They intended for Us to stay armed to keep our government in check.
I have been armed for decades, but I welcome more firearms into public use, as it will give us more defensive firearms to fight the liberal shooters with. Ergo, we are safer now....

We had a RINO Governor here when they tried to do this before, and she vetoed it. So we fired her, and ran it again. This time we had enough Conservatives in the State House and Senate to landslide the bill, and we had the governors office this time!
Introduced by Majority Leader Jon Echols, (R-Oklahoma City), the bill allows anyone who is not a felon, adjudicated as mentally defective, or who has had a conviction for a crime involving domestic violence, to carry a gun without a license in Oklahoma. Oklahomans would thereby be given the right to carry a handgun without going through the permit process, though federal laws still apply.
On Wednesday, February 27th, the “Constitutional Carry” Bill was passed in the Senate with a 40-6 vote and was then immediately signed in by Governor Kevin Stitt.
Governor Kevin Stitt took less than an hour to sign this bill into Law. One of the advantages to electing a Conservative to be Governor!
Starting November 1st, 2019, otherwise qualified Oklahomans over the age of 21 will be permitted to carry without a permit. In addition, veterans, active duty and reserve military members (ages 18 and over) will be allowed to carry without a permit under the Bill.
With this Law, about 1/3 of the states have passed a Constitutional Carry type Law. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE OTHERS? They do not have the authority to limit Private Citizens ownership of firearms. The government is limited by the Constitution. That document is a limiting document on Government powers, and they try to hide that fact! They try to imply it limits US, which is NOT what it was written to do!
