Roll up, roll up, get ya news here!

In a twist of events today, 100 million of them $ turned up in the USA via a transfer from Saudi Arabia, of course this has nothing to do with the Trump tweet below (cough cough).

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

Just spoke with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia who totally denied any knowledge of what took place in their Turkish Consulate. He was with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo...

29.5K people are talking about this

It just also happens the same day Secretary of State Mike Pompeo landed in Riyadh, now who would have thought that possible eh? I mean come on, the world is full of wonderful surprises so literally anything is possible.

I noted also this payment is supposedly for the following.

The Saudi Arabian government promised the Trump administration $100 million for the U.S.’s efforts to stabilize parts of Syria liberated from the Islamic State.

I have some real issues with this whole thing, and nothing to do with the obvious, more the not so obvious!

After the USA admitted spending 500 million $ trying to train anti government forces (terrorists) here I would say the USA lost out on 400 million $ re that deal.

officials said there were fewer than 100 of the trained rebels still active inside Syria.

And were caught dropping weapons to ISIS here (note the source)

I would say they were due another 1/2 a billion at least, though you could give or take a few hundred million due to the USA controlling Syrian oil fields here.

Like many other wars in the Middle East, honestly this was never about oil!

Or establishing a Rothschild controlled central bank (watch out Iran, your turn next).

I am awaiting news on the Iran situation, and also under what pretext they will require freedom by masses of bombs, as clearly the sanctions are not working, neither was the nuclear deal that the USA walked away from, yet the rest of the world did not. Let us forget also that Iran has shit loads of oil, and shares the largest natural gas field in the world with Qatar, none of which will decide whether they need freedom or not (cough cough).

Qatar-Iran ties: Sharing the world's largest gas field.

With so many theories about Syria going around.

Regarding the greater Israel project, to Rothschild's banks, to the oil in the Golan heights, the natural gas pipe deal and Syria refusing it. I guess you could say it is a little bit of all of them, and a few greedy politicians, that have a hand or stake in all of them!.

One thing for sure though, was today proved with 100 million reasons why money talks, and bullshit walks!

It is time for politicians to wear corporate sponsors badges.

A Californian businessman has become so fed up with the corporate corruption of politics, that he has launched a campaign, ‘California Is Not For Sale’. In order to shame the politicians, who accept donations from corporations to represent their interests in Congress, he is pressing for those politicians to have to wear the logos of their sponsors. His acknowledged goal is that every politician, who enters Congress should have a clean suit. In other words, they should represent not their corporate donors, but the people, who elected them.

Source.

I would go 1 step further than that though, they should also declare what corporations they are on the board of, or were, and declare never to work for them again after they have finished a term in government, so they can not bend the rules for them due to lobbying, then go back and work for them post politics!.

Sort:

That dude on the right in the video has some serious fricking speakers, Bowers and Wilkins.

https://www.bowerswilkins.com/

I used to sell hi end hi-fi.

With this guy I only noticed the cat not the speakers

Meanwhile this guy is a bit of a mover and shaker in NZ

Steve Outtrim (born 1973) is a technology entrepreneur from New Zealand. He is best known for his success in the early "dot com years" of the Internet, as the creator of Sausage Software and its flagship product, the HotDog Web Editor.

He has also founded software company Urbanise and environment solutions company ekoLiving and is the former owner of nutraceutical company Aussie Bodies. In 2017 he founded blockchain consulting firm zMint.co and joined the advisory board of Etherical and Sheltercoin. He is the editor and main writer of Burners.me, a website that discusses Burning Man culture.

Regardless, he still has them speakers toooooo close to the wall and corner, the bass boom will be unnatural. :-)

Geek!

Nobody uses speakers anymore - millenials don't even do stereo because phones are mono. In fact they don't even do music so speakers are redundant.

Get with the plot you bloody old fart :)

I shall just go and smash my £7,000 hifi up and buy a mono phone, at your request. NOT!

Yeah, I kinda miss stereo - lost the hearing in my left ear 20 years ago...

And I've still got my old Kenwood speakers from 89!

Shit bro, not sure I could imagine no stereo, genuinely sorry for your loss, not much into Kenwood though tbh.

Look to the left of Steve = b & w.

I think he has the 800 d3 for a guess :-)

Now you are sounding so 80's!

How do you like my Rega turntable?

Superb Though I prefer the Michell focus 1 transcriptor.

Hey mate... The 'no working for Corps' after leaving political office that they are/were associated with would probably not solve any of the 'pay-to-play' bullshit; there's always a way around it...

There was, or is a Bill introduced to restrict Congressional members from 'lobbying' for five years after leaving office. Don't know where that is going, or has gone. (Wouldn't help any of us, anyway...)

Nope still fucked either way bro. :-)

I like the idea of the pollies having to wear badges for the corparations that sponsor them. Have a great day/night mate and thanks for the info.

Sorry bro, I missed this comment, right back at ya.

Cheers mate :)
