I think this is more about using a false flag to gain more power than an actual disease outbreak. False flag shootings are getting old- everybody is on to them already. They need a new con and the fear generated by epidemics seems made to fit their agenda.
for sure, it's a classic, swine flu, Ebola, bird flu, zika, h1n1, they always seem to pop up in election years.
