"This week in the Armed Forces of the Donetsk People's Republic, classes were held in order to consolidate the departments. As a result of the bombardment, an apartment house, a housebuilding and a power line in the village Kominternovo were damaged.

One civilian was injured in the settlement Kominternovo as a result of the criminal actions of the Marines from 36th brigade. According to our intelligence, the order to fire was given by the war criminal Gnatov. In addition, when the militants of the 93rd mechanized brigade fired at Dokuchaevsk, two apartments in a multi-storey building on Lenin street were damaged. These facts are fixed by the JCCC, and will also be examined and confirmed in the near future by representatives of the OSCE SMM.

In Gorlovka direction, the enemy fired at the settlements Zaitsevo and the Gagarin mine and produced one hundred and forty-six shots from various types of grenade launchers and fired three times from the BMP.

In the Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian occupation forces fired twenty shots from the BMP armament at the settlement Dokuchaevsk and three times opened a fire from the tank at the village Styla.

Fifty-two violations of the cease-fire regime were recorded in just a week. In thirty-eight settlements of the Republic, the enemy fired five 152 mm and six 122 mm shells, nine tank shells, two hundred 120 mm and 82 mm mines, fired one hundred and eighty-three shots from the BTR and the BMP, used all types of grenade launchers and small arms, including sniper weapon.

Two defenders of Donbass died and one was wounded for the specified period.

Forty civilian objects, including power lines and the office of the company "Water of Donbass" in Dokuchaevsk, were damaged by direct targeting on the civil infrastructure.

Ukrainian criminals violate not only international law, but also their own laws and orders, in particular, the Order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine No. 164 dated March 23, 2017 "An implementation of the international humanitarian law in the Armed Forces of Ukraine". According to this law, any shelling of a settlement from the positions of the AFU is regarded as deliberate and purposeful. We responsibly declare that all Ukrainian bandits will be criminally liable not only under international law but also in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

The command of the Ukrainian occupation forces continues to concentrate prohibited weapons near the line of contact and prepare for offensive actions. These facts are recorded by the representatives of the OSCE Mission:

122 mm howitzers "Gvozdika" - 15 units;

122 mm MLRS BM-21 "Grad" - 33 units;

2B9 Vasilek - 2 units;

tanks T-64 - 9 units;

BMP, BTR, BRDM - 18 units.

This week, not only civilians but also international observers were in danger from the side of Ukrainian terrorists. When Alexander Hug, the Deputy SMM OSCE in Ukraine was visiting Chigarskaya beam on the outskirts of the village Uzhnoe (controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces), Ukrainian militants opened a fire from small arms towards international observers to prevent the fixation of the catastrophic situation that arose as a result of the criminal actions of the AFU.

A similar fact was recorded by our servicemen on June 13, during a visit to a village Zhovanka by the representatives of the ICRC. Ukrainian militants staged a firefight between themselves and in the direction of the observers. The shooting involved 24 militants and terrorists of the "Right Sector".

Nevertheless, the OSCE representatives published a report about their visit to the outskirts of the village Uzhnoe, which described in details the catastrophic situation in the village due to the criminal actions of the occupation forces. Now the whole world knows that thanks to the actions of Ukrainian terrorists, the occupied villages are completely obliterated from the face of the earth and violence is used by militia fighters.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian authorities do not stop making plans for aggression in the Donbass. During the last month, our units shot down six UAV that conducted reconnaissance of the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic and corrected artillery fire on civilian settlements. When studying the debris of downed drones, we found whole information drives. We have established that almost all of these UAVs performed not only combat missions but also carried out test flights to verify the quality of the actions carried out to camouflage the groups of the occupation forces.

Among other video files were shooting of the settlements Artemovsk, Konstantinovka and Donskoy, where Ukrainian terrorists hid in residential areas their tanks, self-propelled guns and MLRS.
