Ukraine's Drones break Ceasefire. UA Officer gives proof. Has President Poroshenko Lost control?

The Ukrainian President Peter Poroshenko time and again claims Ukraine and it's armed forces are honoring all ceasefire and Minsk agreements by not firing on Donetsk People's Republic territory. Unfortunately as we have seen for the last 4 years and 5 months since he has been in office almost everything he claims or promises to do never really happens.
Yesterday an officer in the armed forces of Ukraine, Anatoly Stefan ("Stirlitz"), released a video showing what he claims as a Ukraine Armed forces drone bombing DPR "Pro-Russian positions. He posted this on his personal Facebook page, his business Facebook page( which lists him as a "news/media company") & own is Youtube channel( all links below). Stirlitz claims this is done to "bite, smash and crackle the pro-Russia activists" in response to attacks but also says "they do/use it all the time". This is not just a one off thing. Ukraine forces are not only firing on military positions they are also firing on civilian areas daily.
Why does doesn't the Ukraine Army ever do what Ukrainian President Peter Poroshenko says they do?
Has he lost control? Did he every really have control? Does he just lie to keep aid coming from Europe and the USA?
They world needs to be aware that this is happening and they are being lied to by the MSM.

"Restless pro-Russia activists provoke the quiet Ukrainian forces every day. After several provocations, the Ukrainian Forces flew with a visit to pro-Russia activists around the settlement Verkhneolonetskoe to bite them and make smash and crackle. Calmed them down, both their military equipments pro-Russia activists didn’t have time to get to there bunkers. Trust the Ukrainians Forces, they have a sedative and they use it all the time. Everything will be Ukraine and victory is ours!"
