There seems no hope in the US election system. Both parties are grossly corrupt, and even when a supposed maverick is elected, they betray those that voted for them. Hope for change quickly turns to despair as soon as the administration is announced, and the same ziocons, wall street infestations and corporate parasites are appointed.
With the system and integrated media geared so heavily against any third party candidate or presence, and the depressingly small % of people who seem to participate and support other parties, it seems inevitable that there will be no positive change ahead. Unless of course the US populace double down in tuning out of the mainstream media, truly become aggrieved by the status quo, and some insurgency grows.
This mess had been building up over many generations. To turn this around will be in the hands of our generation, and the next generations will need to make things right...
If they don't blow up the planet.... Well, if we don't in the first place...
