The Democrat Party is neither liberal nor democratic. "Liberal" is now a meaningless word. I have no idea what my former party is after, and I don't think it knows, except that it seems to me it would like to maintain the 50-50 balance of power in Congress, if you call what they have power. The Democrat party's primary platform item is opposing Trump. If Trump announced that water was good for you, they would all stop drinking it. Idiots. We need a viable party on the left, and naive AOC ain't it - she will be eaten alive, as your post suggests.
Well liberal is just convenient name, but calling them the stupid party (though accurate) is NOT Politically Correct! We have travelled so far to the left, we need half a century of conservative control, just to get back to a sane foundation!
