Haaretz started out as a mouthpiece for the British Military in British Mandate Palestine.

Many people think that the British gave a part of British Mandate Palestine to the Jews to form Israel but this is inaccurate.

What really happened was the British Empire promised to hand over the mandate but did everything to turn the area into a base for themselves.

They fostered division between Arabs and Jews.

At the forefront of this effort to sow division was the Haaretz the information soldiers of British perfidiousness.

To this day Haaretz practices deception this time with the aim of spreading black propaganda against Israel.

History and ownership

Haaretz was first published in 1918 as a newspaper sponsored by the British military government in Palestine.[7] In 1919, it was taken over by a group of socialist-oriented Zionists, mainly from Russia.

Until August 2006, the Schocken family owned 100% of the Haaretz Group, but then the German publisher M. DuMont Schauberg acquired 25% of the shares.[14] The deal was negotiated with the help of the former Israeli ambassador to Germany, Avi Primor.[15] This deal was seen as controversial in Israel as DuMont Schauberg's father, Kurt Neven DuMont, was member of the Nazi party, while his publishing house promoted Nazi ideology.[16]

Haaretz has two editions one in Hebrew the other in English they know they could never get away with the lies, slander and misrepresentation they espouse in the Hebrew edition so they save their calumny for the English version.

May 6, 2012 — There’s Haaretz in Hebrew and then there’s Haaretz in English, and it’s not just language or circulation which sets them apart. (The Hebrew edition of Haaretz has a very low circulation in comparison to other Israeli newspapers; its influential English site is the go-to portal for Western journalists, policymakers, diplomats, and a vast public.)
Close reading of both print editions over the course of years has revealed an ongoing pattern. In preparation for the English edition, the Hebrew articles (most Ha’retz stories are written first in Hebrew) are not merely translated – they’re often also whitewashed. In sometimes dramatic and sometimes subtle cases, time and again, information appearing in the Hebrew original concerning Palestinian militancy, violence and other Arab wrongdoing is downplayed or omitted entirely. In some instances, the English account is completely at odds with the original Hebrew.

Their Hebrew edition commands a measly four percent marketshare of the Israeli readership amazing coincidence four percent of Israeli voters vote for the far left Meretz party.

Now the foolish among you might ask "Why would Socialist Israelis lie, obfuscate and and omit key details in order to turn the world against Israel?"

Well the simple explanation is that socialists are everybody's worst enemy especially themselves. For a thorough exploration of the nastiness Socialism metes out to it's loyal adherents take some time and read Gulag Archipelago by Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn .

After a short paragraph covering the anarchists and other participants in the revolution's summary execution by the Bolsheviks the book details decades of torture, starvation and death by work camp that the loyal Socialists received.

Communist Party bosses showed up at the camps a took the attractive inmates as sex slaves.

The simple answer explains a lot, think about American Socialists and their constant vilification of the USA not even admitting the possibility of "goodness".

This simple explanation doesn't explain the extraordinary depth of hatred of Israel in particular that the Left displays. To understand this we need to go back to the re-creation of Israel.

In the beginning Israel was ruled by the Socialist Mapai party and it's leader David Ben Gurion.

These Socialists hated conservatives so much that Ben Gurion ordered an attack against the Likud leadership on the ship Altalena.

Up until the 1970's Israel continued to be dominated by socialism and up until this time the Socialist Intelligencia considered Israel an underdog worthy of support.

When the conservative Likud gained power Socialists felt betrayed and turned against Israel like a pack of rabid dogs.

This is a deep subject which I will cover in the following article, so back to Haaretz in particular.

While having minimal readership inside Israel it is the go to Israeli news source for Western journalists, policymakers, diplomats, and a vast public.

It is in this widely disseminated English form that it uses to obfuscate, deceive and omit.

Of further concern is the purchase of one quarter ownership by German publisher M. Dumont Schauberg son of Kurt Neven Dumont a trusted member of the Nazi Party. He was so trusted that he was able to maintain private ownership of his media company. He used his company to spread Nazi propaganda.
Now the sons of the father aren't necessarily the sins of the son and M. Dumont Schauberg is defended with the argument that he was only twelve years old at the start of the Second World War and eighteen at the end of it.

This would mean that he was in the Hitler Youth and possibly trained as a Werwolf.

COLOGNE – Controversial deal: The decision to sell 25 percent of Haaretz Group's shares to newspaper and book publisher DuMont Schauberg last week has come under scrutiny as a result of the German publisher's ties with the Nazi regime.

The publishing group's owner at the time, Kurt Neven DuMont – the current owner's father was reportedly a member of the Nazi party, while his newspapers advanced Nazi ideology. As a result, the publishing house was among the only private ones in Germany whose operations were never outlawed by Hitler.

"Alfred Neven DuMont (the current owner of the publishing house) has no Nazi past. He was 12 when the war broke out and almost 18 when it ended," Schocken said. "His actions since he has become an adult speak for themselves. There's no reason to impose on him, or the company he now leads, responsibility for a period before his time. This has nothing to do with finding out the historical truth, which is something that should always be done."

Everytime I investigate detractors of Israel I find myself neck deep in a swirling whirlpool of shitstained Socialists, National Socialists and Clerical Facsists and it goes much deeper!

Four factors have converged to make Haaretz more annoying to Israelis today than ever before. First, the country is less receptive to a left-wing agenda as most of its citizens tilt rightward. Second, the country feels it is under an unjustified and hypocritical international siege and so is less forgiving when Israelis are perceived to be providing Israel’s critics with ammunition. Just recently, Jewish Israelis ranked “left wingers” as one of the groups contributing least to Israel’s success. Third, Israel’s left is very small, and also feeling under siege.
