Empowerment or not? Ahmad usman Jaha(commissioner in Borno state) Vs Kashim shettima(Governor of Borno state)

I saw this screen shot and guess what??? .....I busted into laughter one in which I couldn't control.

Can you believe this! Borno state's commissioner of higher education ( Ahmed usman Jaha) who is an aspirant of the house of representative for Gwoza local Government In Borno state Nigeria donated fully equipped kit for shoe shining with brush and polish as a form of empowerment to 5000 youths in Borno state...😄😄😄...

I began wondering how impactful this will be to those youths considering the fact that commissioner usman Ahmed jaha is a degree holder and knowledgeable on what empowerment is, means and should be.

Well it didn't take long before His state governor responded .

The bornor state governor shettima Kashim felt sore embarrassed and questioned his commissioners decision he sternly vet his annoyance to his commissioner but then his commissioner quickly responded to his governors accusations stating clearly he empowered those 5000 youths from his personal account because they personally requested it from him he further buttressed that the empowerment didn't come from the Borno state's account.

With this I took a dip breathe of relief at least that didn't come from the state's account ....😂😂😂

yet I keep wondering what form of empowerment this is

Until we upgrade our youths mentality we will forever lag behind in world.
