I wouldn't be surprised to find evidence of organ trafficking.
On that note I wonder what that log note book said, looked suspicious. Exact wording on the receipt, maybe; specific medical products etc. Also there should be waste.
Indeed, there is a lot more to come, and at least with video evidence nobody can destroy it, stay tuned my friend, I am going to start uploading the videos on here, so youtube can not delete them.
