Carter publishes a new article today, which indicates that authorities include Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod. J. Rosenstein has been informed of the latest findings and evidence that could unravel the narrative of Russian hacking by the VIPS associate Skip Folden.

Carter states in his report: "Since the original report was submitted, Skip Folden, one of the authors of the VIPS report, has sent a much more detailed report to the Office of the Special Adviser (Robert Mueller), the Jeff Sessions Office and, to the additional parties to be disclosed next week (along with more details about the contents of the report) .This new report covers more than previous reports (beyond what the Forensicator and I have the means to assess).
